The C.A.R.S. curriculum for MN daycare and foster care providers has been replaced with the Basic Education for Safe Travel (B.E.S.T.) program, which will begin in January 2025.
Information on the B.E.S.T. Curriculum can be found on the Office of Traffic Safety website.

Need to verify C.A.R.S. class attendance?
C.A.R.S. attendance records are kept for 5 years.
To verify attendance for classes taken at Youth First, located at 6701 Hwy 10 NW, Ramsey MN 55303 (this location ONLY), send an email request to carseatchecker@hotmail.com.
In the email, provide the first and last name of the attendee, date of the class, and the attendees phone number.
